Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. Ship the product back to the provided return address.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Size-related issues (subject to stock availability)

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
